GENERAL APPEARANCE:

Low set, strong, sturdily built, alert and

active, giving impression of substance and stamina in small space.

总体外形：低矮，强壮，体格结实，机警活泼，外观灵气，给人的印象为身材所占空间小，却骨量充足并且耐力强。

IMPORTANT PROPORTIONS: Length of foreface to be in proportion to skull 3 to 5.

重要比例：口吻部与头骨长之比为3：5。

BEHAVIOUR / TEMPERAMENT: Bold in outlook, workmanlike. Outgoing and friendly never nervous or aggressive.

行为/秉性：外表勇敢，精巧。外向友好，从不情绪紧张或有攻击倾向。

HEAD: Head foxy in shape and appearance, with alert, intelligent expression

Skull: Fairly wide and flat between ears.

Nose: Black.

Muzzle: Slightly tapering.

Jaws/Teeth: Strong with perfect, regular and complete scissor bite, i.e. upper teeth closely overlapping the lower teeth and set square to the jaws.

Eyes: Well set, round, medium size, brown, blending with colour of coat.

General appearance:Strong and flexible. Legs short. Ample bone carried right down to feet.

Stifle (Knee): Well angulated.

Hindfeet:Oval, toes strong, well arched, and tight, two centre toes slightly advance, of two outer, pads strong and well arched. Nails short.

GAIT/MOVEMENT: Free and active, neither loose nor tied. Forelegs move well forward, without too much lift, in unison with thrusting action of hindlegs.

Hair:Medium length, straight with dense undercoat, never soft, wavy or wiry.

Colour: Self colours in Red, Sable, Fawn, Black and Tan, with or without white markings on legs, brisket and neck. Some white on head and foreface permissible.

Height at the withers: Approximately 25 – 30 cms.

Males: 10-12 kgs.

FAULTS:Any departure from the foregoing points should be considered afault and the seriousness with which the fault should be regardedshould be in exact proportion to its degree and its effect upon thehealth and welfare of the dog.

DISQUALIFYING FAULTS:

• Aggressive or overly shy dog.

• Any dog clearly showing physical or behavioural abnormalitiesshall be disqualified.

• 任何在身体和行为上明显失常的犬只应视为失格

N.B.：

• Male animals should have two apparently normal testicles fullydescended into the scrotum.

• Only functionally and clinically healthy dogs, with breed typicalconformation, should be used for breeding.

注：

• 公犬具备两个明显正常且完全置于阴囊的睾丸

• 只有身体机能以及临床表现健康的，具备典型犬种结构的犬只，才可用于繁殖。
